Ridesharing

If you live in Harford, Howard or Carroll County and work in the Harbor East area why not share the ride? By carpooling with friends or colleagues you can all save money on gas, parking and insurance and reduce your carbon footprint. A ridesharing coordinator can match you with someone who lives and works near you and has similar work hours. There are many Park n' Ride lots where your carpool members can meet and numerous locations in downtown to park your vehicle. After that, it's up to you whether you share the ride once a week or every day.

Parking Options
Are you looking for less expensive parking options? Parking outside of the immediate downtown area can save you money. Parking outside of Harbor East and Downtown will be a little cheaper and you'll soon be able to hop on the free Charm City Circulator to get from these parking facilities to Harbor East.

Alternative Driving Routes
Do you drive to and from the Harbor East area and wonder about alternate routes to avoid congestion? These maps show you driving options whether you are coming from north of the City via I-83; from south of the City in Anne Arundel County or Howard County; or from Eastern Baltimore County or Harford County.
